Nelly Rescheduled for Thursday at 2023 Allegan County Fair

After a no-show that launched a thousand memes and social media threads during the opening weekend of the Allegan County Fair, the fair announced they have reached an agreement to reschedule the performance for later this week.

The fair announced on its Facebook page:

GREAT NEWS!!! We were able to work with Nelly's management and rescheduled last Saturday’s cancelled concert to Thursday, September 14, 2023. Doors will open at 5:30 PM, and Steve Treviño will start the show at 7:30PM. All tickets from the original date will be honored at the entry gates and the concert venue by just showing your concert tickets. Parking is free with concert tickets also!

Credit the staff of the Allegan County Fair for making it right for the thousands who were looking forward to the show.

Regardless of what happened Saturday I applaud him and his management for trying to make it right and do another show.

The show was originally scheduled for Saturday night but canceled when Nelly, who performed earlier in the day in New Jersey, was not able to make the flight to Michigan due to inclement weather on the east coast.
