Park In A Bike Lane, Get A Ticket [Video]

WZZM 13 reports that the Grand Rapids City Commission approved a new ordinance designed to keep bike lanes clear.

We've all seen it, maybe some of us have done it, but if you park in a bike lane within the city of Grand Rapids you will be getting a ticket.

The city has received plenty of complaints of cars being parked in bike lanes, blocking the lanes.

The ordinance takes effect on September 23rd, police will start enforcing the new ordinance 45 days after it starts.
