Recently, Paris Hilton was spotted enjoying the Cherry Capitol, and now, another celebrity, well-known for his role on a Netflix show, has also been spotted enjoying Traverse City.

'Queer Eye' Star Antoni Porowski Spotted in Traverse City

One of the 'Fab Five' from Netflix's 'Queer Eye', food and wine expert Antoni Porowski, has been spotted in Traverse City.

At first, it was unclear why the star was here in the Mitten State, but it appears that he's traveling with fitness instructor Zacharias Niedzwiecki. Turns out, he's here for an event with the National Writers Series, which claims it is "America's favorite year-round book festival in Traverse City, MI."

Not only that, Antoni has made it a point to shout out the Cherry Capitol and some of the businesses that he's visited.

He seems to be completely smitten by the scones at Vander Farm up in Leelanau County.

In his stories on Instagram, Antoni says that he had been in TC for five minutes and had already "destroyed 3 scones, maybe the best I've ever had."

His favorite, apparently, is the blueberry, but he said in another story that the maple pecan are "a close second".

What else has he been up to in Traverse City? It appears that he may have visited at least one winery.

And this photo gives "we were just at the beach" vibes.

It's not clear how long Antoni will be hanging out in Traverse City, but there's always plenty to do in the area. (And if he sticks around for a couple of weeks, he could check out the International Fireworks Championship.)
