Remember those nostalgic commercials that featured a bunch of men who say they haven't missed a Superbowl game in 45 years? 

Last week, Wendy Reed blogged that Green Bay fan and club member,  Bob Cook, did miss their victory over Pittsburgh ... and now we've learned that he just passed away.
