Karma is a... well you know the rest. This is what Mr. Brand gets for mistreating Katy, lol. Russell is a wanted man after New Orleans police issued a warrant for his arrest. The wannabe comedian has been accused of throwing a photographers cell phone through the window of a law office in Louisiana on Monday.

The Law Firm filed a police report, citing "criminal damages" and the authorities are taking the claim seriously. The misdemeanor warrant for simple criminal damage to property was issued on Wednesday night, according to TMZ.com. Brand, who happens to be in New Orleans filming a movie, has already offered to pay for the broken window.

On Wednesday, he made light of the situation on Twitter, joking I guess: "Since Steve Jobs died I cannot bear to see anyone use an iPhone irreverently, what I did was a tribute to his memory."
