Sitting on a Pot of Gold? Michigan Lottery Says Someone Won $1 Million On St Patty’s Day
St. Patrick's Day could be considered a lucky day for some people. (At least if you're smart enough to wear green.) That's why they call it the luck of the Irish, after all.
But one Michigander could be lucky enough to to be sitting on their very own pot of gold worth one million dollars, and they may have no idea it's even there!
Imagine winning a life changing jackpot on one of the "luckiest" days of the year. Would you actually believe it happened? I feel like this person must not know that they found the rainbow and it's just waiting for them to cash in. Or maybe they had a few too many green beers and forgot to check the next morning. So listen closely... if you spent at least part of your St. Patrick's Day in Southfield, you'll want to check your pockets.
According to the Michigan Lottery, a winning unclaimed Mega Millions lottery ticket was bought at the CVS pharmacy located at 18130 West 10 Mile Road in Southfield.
If you bought a ticket there, make sure you check it closely. The person who bought the ticket matched the five white balls drawn Friday, March 17th. And here are those numbers...

If that's sitting in your pocket, you could be holding on to a $1 million prize and have no idea. If you find it, contact the Michigan Lottery to claim your prize.
Good luck, and happy hunting.
