Peeling carrots always seems to take forever but chef and food stylist Kara Michelson has come to the rescue!

"As a chef, when we're cooking a lot of product, we might want to do a whole bag or a couple bags of carrots. So, we're going to do a little technique using both sides of the peeler. Most people don't realize you have both sides of the blade, so why not be more efficient and use both sides?" "
