Did They Really Shoot Down A UFO Over Lake Huron Last Weekend?
It's widely debated whether or not UFOs (or Unidentified Flying Objects) are real.
Of course it goes without saying that objects we don't know or can't identify are real. But, I'm specifically talking about the ones that are assumed to be flying saucers with little green men.
It doesn't matter if you believe in live in other parts of the universe doesn't matter in this scenario. News broke on Sunday, February 12th that a high-altitude object was shot down over Lake Huron, temporarily shutting down airspace over Michigan.
What did they shoot out of the sky over Lake Huron on Sunday?
The object in question was originally spotted in Montana on Saturday, then returned to North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) radars over Wisconsin then Michigan on Sunday.
According to an official from the Biden administration, the mystery object was octagonal in structure, unmanned and traveling at about 20,000 feet. Unlike the Chinese spy balloon that captivated us all last week, this object is not believed to be a surveillance device of any sort.
NORAD also said that the object was taken down by a F-16 which fired a sidewinder missile at approximately 2:42 pm Eastern.

This is the fourth object to be shot down over US or Canadian airspace in the last week, which is mildly troubling to some. However, officials say at this time there isn't anything major to be alarmed by.
So is it aliens? Probably not, but it will be interesting to see if these objects keep appearing, or what we may discover from it's wreckage.
All I know is... the truth is out there.
