Thanksgiving is one of the most quietly celebrated holidays of the year. Just think about it- you rarely see yard deocrations or big celebrations. Short of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and a big meal, it mostly gets ignored or pushed aside by Christmas cheer. That's why one Michigan pizzeria is taking celebrating Thanksgiving into their own hands.

Silver Beach Pizza in St. Joesph announced on social media earlier this week that they would be celebrating Thanksgiving with two unique pizza specials. While this may make some Turkey lovers jump for joy- they may be a little too festive for the unadventerous pizza lover.

However, if you're like me and you'd love to dig into a Thanksgiving feast with just a slice, these two pies will be perfect for you.

Their first offering pays tribute to one of everyone's favorite Thanksgiving sides: The Green Bean Casserole Pizza.

While green beans are rarely an ingredient in pizza, this pie comes stacked with garlic, bacon, a green bean casserole mix of creamy mushroom soup, French-cut green beans, seasoning, and a little cheese. After it comes out the the oven, they top it with those yummy Crispy onions that we all live for every fourth Thursday in November.

The other special pizza they're offering comes pays tribute to the entire meal (or maybe that unhinged leftovers plate you make the day after), The Thanksgiving Pizza.

They describe it as being covered in mashed potatoes, garlic, stuffing, corn, turkey, and cranberry sauce. They then top it with a turkey gravy drizzle and black pepper after they pull it out of the oven.

These pies may not be for everyone, but as a die hard thanksgiving food fanatic, I can't wait to try them for myself. And if you want to try them- make sure you do before the end of November.
