ASM Global, the company that manages Van Andel Arena, announced the initiative will begin this week at the Mercy Me show on November 5th. The announcement also notes that weekly ticket giveaways will take place for those who bring cards:

Fans can bring unsealed “Thank You” cards to any event at Van Andel Arena in November and leave them at the Guest Services booth located outside Section 104 on the main concourse. Anyone who submits a “Thank You” card will be entered for the chance to win two tickets to either Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Van Andel Arena on Sunday, December 5, 2021 or Dierks Bentley at Van Andel Arena on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Two winners will be randomly selected from all entries to win a pair of tickets each week. Must be 18+ to enter to win.

Fans attending any event at Van Andel can bring cards throughout the month. ASM global will be distributing the card to active duty military and veterans. This is the 4th year that the venue has collected the cards in honor of Veterans' Day on November 11th.
