Salmonella is sure to ruin any person's breakfast.

Walmart is recalling 6,444 pounds of their ready-to-eat meats including their pork and turkey sausages. The USDA says the products are made by George's Prepared Foods in Tennessee but are sold under the "Great Value" brand and was distributed to Walmart stores nationwide. The recall affects the following:

  • “Family Size Great Value Fully Cooked Original Pork Sausage Patties” with a use-by date of 11/03/19 or 11/05/19 (35.6 oz packages)

There have been no reported illnesses but officials encourage people to check their freezers. If you have one of the recalled products, you can throw it away or return it to Walmart for a refund.
