West Michigan Wieners: 5 Hot Dog Places You Need To Try
Summer is just around the corner and that means it's time to enjoy one of my favorite things... Hotdogs!

Now when I say hotdogs, I'm also talking about chili dogs and coney dogs.
I've had people recommend some great places to me and I feel like it's only right to also share them with you.
Are you ready to get Weiner wasted?
5 West Michigan Hot Dog Places You Need To Try
The following places are in alphabetical order. If you feel like I missed a great place please send me an email so I can check it out.
One Stop Coney
I have to give my co-host Laura Hardy credit for this one. I love Coney dogs and One Stop Coney never disappoints. They have a variety of options and all of them are packed with flavor.
Bob's Bar
Bob's Bar is my neighborhood watering hole. It's also where my wife likes to go to play team trivia. But my favorite part is some of the amazing hot dogs they serve up.
I'm not a Chicago dog snob but in my opinion, it's pretty damn good.
My favorite dog to get at Bob's is the Polish dog. It's an all-beef hot dog with kapusta, onions, and mustard.
Grand Coney
The Grand Coney was the first place I had a coney dog at when I moved to Grand Rapids back in 2007. They have seven different dogs to chow down on. You can't go wrong with the classic Detroit coney dog.
I also recommend trying the Junkyard Dog which is a Koegel hot dog topped with chili, bacon, seasoned ground beef, onions, jalapeños, mustard, cayenne pepper, and colby.
Leo's Coney Island
Another great place to enjoy a hot dog is Leo's Coney Island.
They serve up a lot of your favorite types of dogs and coney but the one you need to try here is the New York Dog. It's an all-beef hot dog topped with mustard, onion, and Sauerkraut.
Yesterdog
One of the first places everyone told me I need to check out in Grand Rapids was Yesterdog. Many famous people have stopped by to grab a dog or two. One important thing you need to know if you're a famous celebrity or average Joe is that Yesterdog is cash only.
Pronto Pup
I don't know who will agree with me but I had to include one more of my favorite places in West Michigan and that's Pronto Pups in Grand Haven. Just like Yesterdog, Pronto Pups is cash only. I recommend grabbing more Pronto Pups than you think because they're so good and quickly disappear. Also you gotta get them with both ketchup and mustard.
