What Work Perks Do You Have?

Perks at work, are amazing, yes?

Somehow, we got on to that topic last week. My position is, if employers gave employees better work perks, the employee would then be far more loyal.

Think about it. Let's say you got your BIRTHDAY off! Can you imagine? And if it falls on a weekend, you can pick whatever day of the adjacent weeks to have off. AMAZE-BALLS. I've always thought we should get our birthdays off. IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY.
