Here is another episode of the "Worst Parents Ever," from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Myia Natrice Cole and Clyde Jackson are the proud parents of a one-year-old baby that was reported missing earlier in the day.

When police went to question the parents, they were both so "extremely intoxicated" that neither could provide useful information as to the child's whereabouts.

Oklahoma's News 6 reports that almost three hours later the baby was found a mile and a half away from the home, upside down in a car seat, laying in the street in the middle of a hot sunny day! The baby is okay with just a little dehydration and was placed in the custody of DHS.

Cole was arrested, however, Jackson was not. The police did say that Jackson was just released from jail Friday in an unrelated case. The mother has warrants out for her arrest for possession of paraphernalia, failure to comply and escape from a penal institution and a misdemeanor public intoxication case.
