Bomb Threat Called in to Gerald R. Ford International Airport – No Threats Found
The Michigan State Police and the Kent County Sheriff's Department swept through the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Wednesday morning after the airport received a bomb threat.
According to the airport's twitter feed, they received a bomb threat at 4:03 a.m. As of about 7:20am, the airport tweeted that police have done a thorough search of the terminal and they found no threats. Flight operations are running as normal and passengers should follow the airport on social media for updates.
