Morel season is underway and the mushroom is a big part of Michigan. So big that a Manistee Man is selling one on eBay for $10,000!!

Why so much? Because it's shaped like the great state of Michigan.

Lance Miller describes the fungus on his page as:

Roughly 2.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches at it's widest width. A fresh wild michigan shaped morel mushroom picked 5/10/16!"

Seriously though, who's actually going to buy a fungi for that amount of money? Miller told Mlive.com that it was a "joke" but it gets people talking. He has no intention on eating it but rather saving it. Currently, it's in his freezer wrapped in a paper towel, being preserved.

So far, the highest bid is at $1. Obviously, it doesn't even have the upper peninsula attached to it. Then, I'd be really impressed.
