The best part of this program is the fact that it’s not a “hand out”, they actually come to your home, do an inspection, and then install the appropriate detectors in the areas you need them most, for free of charge. (FYI: most alarms have an expiration date, you shouldn’t just wait until they start chirping at you to replace them!)
