Fortune Magazine has named Michigan's Governor Rick Snyder as one of the world's most disappointing leaders in an article that came out earlier this year.  It's not that big of a surprise that Snyder has a pretty bad reputation around the country after the City of Flint's water crisis.

What is a bit of a surprise is that Michigan's Governor is the first entry on Fortune Magazine's list.  In the article, the author had this to say about Gov. Snyder:

Called to testify before Congress, Snyder, who touted his competence in his gubernatorial campaign, labeled the experience the “most humbling” of his life—then attempted to shift blame.

Gov. Snyder also shares the list with people like Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey, former Pharmasutical CEO Martin Shkreli, and Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff.
