GR Man Needs Your Help To Advance In ‘Dad Bod’ Competition

Cody Wright has reached the quarterfinals of the Men's Journal Legendary Dad Bod competition. And he is putting his belly on the line.

The contest is a fun way to raise funds for the B+ (Be Positive) Foundation, which helps children battling pediatric cancer.

The B+ Foundation also funds critical, cutting-edge childhood cancer research. Every school day, 46 children will be diagnosed with cancer with a 75% survival rate. YOU can help improve these statistics.

And while helping out a great charity is the main reason Cody says he entered the competition, the Grand Prize of $25,000 ain't too shabby either. Plus, the winner will get his bod displayed in a two-page spread in Men's Journal.

I voted for Cody mainly because he has to me what a Dad Bod is all about. A little doughy, but able to support carrying three kids around, so strong in a Dad kind of way.

Too many of the Dad's in the competition are super buff, and while there's nothing wrong with that, I feel like there are already competitions that cover buff dudes, like Mr. Universe or the CrossFit Games.
