Grandville Family Appearing on ‘America’s Funniest Home Videos’

Not only are they appearing but they've made it as finalists!

WZZM spoke with the Chambers family, from Grandville, about the video that has America laughing. It went down at a family birthday party when someone decided it would be a great idea to wax each other. I feel like alcohol had to be involved...

In the video you see grandma getting an upper lip wax, and not looking too thrilled. I can't blame her... those are never fun, but she takes it like a champ and her reactions and screams are hilarious. Poor granny, she got hot wax in her mouth, too.

The Chambers submitted the video to AFV this past November and within a few weeks, they got the call that they were a finalist so they were flown out to California to attend the taping.

There are 3 finalists in AFV with a $2K, $3K, and $10K prize. The Chambers have had to keep the results a secret for months but we will get to see it when the episode airs on Sunday, February 17th at 7 p.m.
