What they found was, happiness is linked to the amount of fruit and vegetables a person consumes daily.  The best part is, your happiness starts increasing with the first serving. The better news is, your happiness increases every time you have a serving of fruits or vegetables.  Until you reach 8 servings; the happiness level peaks at 8 servings.

Ready for the best part?  If you eat 8 servings a fruit and vegetables a day for 2 years, your happiness would be as great as if you were unemployed and finally landed a new job!  So eat up, it’s good for your happy!
