A new study shows that eating at Subway may not be the best choice.

A new study released by the School of Medicine at UCLA stated that no matter where kids eat, they are still going to order something bad for them.  Subway is considered the healthy fast food option, but in reality it may not be any better for your kids than McDonald's. At Subway, kids order bigger sandwiches compared to McDonald's. Subway's sandwiches average 784 calories, where McDonald's sandwiches average only 572 calories. Side orders and drinks are McDonald's downfall. You might want to have your kids skip the McDonald's fries unless you want them consuming 200 calories. At Subway their sides are only 35 calories. Overall, the total calories come out to be extremely close. McDonald's comes out on top BARELY with 1,038 calories and Subway with 955. What else is shocking is that Subway contains more sodium than McDonald's with 2,149 milligrams versus 1,829.
