4 Must-Do Things on Your Michigan Winter Bucket List
Michigan is a state that is lucky (in my opinion) to get to experience all four seasons.
And while I know that winter in Michigan may not be everyone's favorite, what with all the cold and snow and ice and wind chill... but there are still some awesome things about winter in Michigan.
In fact, the colder months of the Mitten state, particularly January and February, are typically the only months that you can take part in certain activities because of the weather.
Keeping that in mind, there are some activities that you don't want to miss out on this winter in Michigan. Take a look below to see what's listed as a must-do on this Michigan bucket list.
You can explore the woods on horseback, you can check out the waterpark. But one of the coolest attractions is the snow tubing.
Every year Campus Martius turns into a winter wonderland, complete with an ice skating rink.

2. SkyBridge at Boyne Mountain
Sure, Boyne Mountain offers the opportunity for great skiing and snowboarding, but did you know that Boyne is also home to SkyBridge Michigan; the world's longest timber-towered suspension bridge.
1. Visit to Frankenmuth
Frankenmuth is basically your one-stop-shop when it comes to winter. It's home of Bronner's (the world's largest Christmas store), Zehnder's and its world famous fried chicken, and Zehnder's Snowfest, filled with giant snow and ice sculptures. Plus, when you're tired of the cold and snow, you can warm up and have fun at Zehnder's Splash Village.
