Katy Perry Unloading Her NYC Home?

I guess Katy Perry is parting ways with more then Russell Brand. She is selling her New York City love pad that she purchased with the recent ex.

According to the New York Post, the 1,500 square foot duplex has a hefty city skyline view, a cherry wood staircase and heated floors... all things everyone must have to survive now and days.

Katy and the comedian purchased the two-bedroom luxury penthouse in Manhattan for a reported $2.75 million in September, 2010. It was only one short month before the then happy couple married in India. After the moronic Brand filed for divorce from Perry last December, she has put the apartment up for sale in a bid to get passed the failed relationship.
