Finally Explained: Why So Many Helicopters Are Flying Low Over Michigan Now
I'm sure I'm not the only person who sees messages and posts all the time on local community Facebook pages or apps like Nextdoor from someone asking questions such as, 'Why are there helicopters flying so low over my house?

Why Helicopters Are Flying Over Your House
The scariest reason would be that a police helicopter is looking for a suspect who's on the run, or they're trying to find a missing person or child.
Law enforcement will also sometimes do training flights at night.
There is also the possibility of a medical helicopter transporting someone to the hospital.
But for the end of May and most of June, there will be helicopters flying over parts of Michigan for a very specific reason.
