Michigan WWII Vet Hope To Get 100 Cards for His 100th Birthday
A Michigan World War II veteran has only one wish for his 100th birthday according to 9 &10 News in MI’s Lower Peninsula.
According to the TV station, Ike Fabela is turning 100 years old on June 6th and his birthday wish this year is to get 100 birthday cards to put in his nursing home room.
He said he’s already started receiving cards, but really wants to get to the 100 mark.
I think honestly, just around this part of West Michigan we can load him up with 100 cards. This can be a group #PeopleDoingGood story for sure!
