Muskegon Got A Late Night Shout Out On CBS’ Late Late Show
Imagine my excitement Monday night when I’m watching the Late Late Show on CBS and as Reggie Watts introduces host James Corden, he says:
"Ladies and gentlemen, all the way from Muskegon, Michigan give it up for your host, the one, the only, James Corden!"
What??? That’s right, Muskegon got a shout out on TV!
Of course, James Corden really isn’t’ from Muskegon, so no one start telling stories of going to high school with him. Although as a big fan of his, I wish he were!
Corden grew up in Buckinghamshire England and only relatively recently, 2012, moved to the United States.
Each night when Reggie, Corden’s band leader, introduces the host, he says he’s from a different town across the U.S.; last night was West Michigan’s time in the spotlight on the late-night show.
Now if only James would come home for a visit.
Ps. So Jayden Smith was a guest on the show, I’m going, to be honest, I really kinda was watching to see how weird Will Smith’s son was going to act on the show. He’s strange, but not Kayne embarrassing. (although I think Seth Rogen and Jason Segal were kinda weirded out.)
