My First Time at Downtown Market [Random Pictures Enclosed]
Ever since I moved here I've been hearing how awesome Downtown Market is and today I finally decided to go and I honestly don't know why it took me this long! It is so cool there!
I went for the Vintage Street Market which was a variety of vendors displaying and selling antiques and vintage goods of all kinds. It was a beautiful day to walk around and check out some antiques. There were definitely some interesting finds like books with stories and fairytales we grew up on; furniture; toys; cameras and so much more. I even bought a couple of shirts. They were cheap, retro and cozy! One of my favorite discoveries was the View-Master. A camera-like device which lets you see colorful images in 3D using a slide of pictures which usually tell a story. It totally took me back to my childhood! I couldn't help myself and had to play with a couple of them. I saw Peter Pan being challenged to a bow-and-arrow match, the lakes and mountains of Denver, and bunnies! The View-Master is officially one of the coolest toys! I wonder what happened to mine?
