Some days at work I have more free time than work time, today was a quiet day until I dug up this gem. By the way, there's some NSFW language in this video.

Are you familiar with Parkour? The idea is to get from one place to another in a complex environment, using the most efficient way possible. I'm not sure that the Wikipedia definition lines up with what these people are trying to do.

Maybe The Office's definition lines up a bit better?
