Plumber Arrested for Stripping Naked in Front of a Client

Well this is more than just the typical "plumber's crack."

CK Review reports that last month a woman called a plumbing company for service. The owner showed up himself to help assist. Except he gave his client a little more than she bargained for.

When he arrived to her home, he stripped naked in front of her and changed into his "work" overalls. He then fixed her water heater and proceeded to strip AGAIN, in front of her, after finishing the job. He changed back into his previous clothes, gave the woman a bill and left.

The woman called the cops and he was arrested for mischief.

My issue with this story is why didn't he just change in her bathroom? And why did she just stand there and not say something? Why didn't she call the police while he was there? Maybe she really needed her pipes fixed.
