Police Searching For 14-Year-Old Missing Marshall Girl
The FBI and the Michigan State Police are now involved in the search for a 14-year-old girl from Marshall who went missing on Saturday.
Investigators say that Hannah Marie Amaro was last seen Saturday in Marshall. She hasn't had any contact with friends or relatives since then. She does not have a history of running away.
She's described as a white female, 130 lbs., 5'3", with hazel eyes and brown hair with red and blue streaks in it. Her right nostril is pierced and she has a scar above her right eye.
In addition to the FBI and Michigan State Police, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is now involved in the case. They say that Hannah may be in the company of a male companion.
Her family believes that she may have gotten into a truck with a man named Vic. According to family members, he is from Georgia met Hannah on an online dating site.
A news conference will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Marshall to provide updates on the search.
