Leonard St

I found an old church on Leonard Street that is for sale, although it needs a little restoration. One cannot be discouraged just because the HVAC system and water heater are in the kitchen.

In a social media announcement this week, a group of four restaurants/breweries located on Leonard St. in Grand Rapids announced that they would raise the minimum wage for staffers to $15 an hour.

The apartments will be ready to move in to in 2022.

This is the third incident near Leonard St. in less than two weeks.

It's all a part of the growth of our city.

It says 'ROAD CLOSED'  for a reason. The Grand Rapids Police Department told WOOD-TV that since the construction project at the intersection of Leonard St. and Fuller Ave. began, they have given out 113 citations to people for "disobeying the law...

Let’s talk about this for a second; traffic patterns have changed at Leonard and 131.  It’s quite different and it’s amazing how FEW people have actually realized it.  I’ve almost been hit a few times on my way home.
