After a reported tornado and severe storms ripped through West Michigan Saturday, more than 23,000 Consumers Energy customers are without power, WZZM 13 reports.

10,000 Consumers Energy customers lost power, there were downed trees and flooding, and five sailboats were capsized on Reeds Lake during a regatta.
This mornings storms caused severe damage across West Michigan. Fallen trees have led to closed roads, damaged cars, and one death in Cutlerville. The winds and fallen trees have also caused nearly 90,000 power outages across the state.
