‘The Notebook 2′ Will (Probably) Not be Filming in Wyoming, Michigan

I've seen this link popping up all over the place the past few days, so I thought I would take it upon myself to bring the rumors to rest -- The Notebook 2 will (probably) not be filming in Wyoming, Mich.

First of all, if you've read Nicholas Sparks' book, The Notebook, you know that making The Notebook 2 would prove to be pretty difficult (if you haven't read it, or haven't watched the movie like Curtis, I won't spoil it for you).

Second of all, the "news" is coming from a website that states in their "About Us" section:

KLPO News is a fantasy news website.  Most articles on klponews.com are satire or pure fantasy.

It's a bummer, for sure, since we would all love to see Ryan Gosling strutting around town, but sadly it's not the case. At least probably not. I mean, the description of KLPO News does say that "most articles" on their site are satire or fantasy... that means there's still a chance, right?

(FYI, there IS a book by Nicholas Sparks that is a follow up to The Notebook, but it's called The Wedding.)
