Two men have been charged with second-degree murder following a fatal road rage incident in Ottawa County, Michigan.

The suspects, 23-year-old Ethan Oosterhouse from Middleville and 42-year-old Denis Perez from Grand Rapids, were arraigned on charges that also include manslaughter and reckless driving causing death.

The incident occurred on June 25 when both men were driving aggressively on Lake Michigan Drive in Tallmadge Township.

According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, their reckless driving led to a collision where Perez's Dodge Charger crossed the median and struck a westbound Pontiac.

The driver of the Pontiac, 27-year-old Sha-Tera Coleman of Grand Rapids, was killed in the crash.

Oosterhouse and Perez were taken into custody on Thursday, with bond set at $250,000.

They remain in custody as the investigation continues.
