Vegetable Recall Has Been Expanded to Even More Stores
On Sunday, it was announced that about 40 vegetables sold at Meijer were being recalled due to listeria contamination. That recall has now gone beyond Meijer.
Mann Packing, the company behind the recall, has added more products which have been sold at different stores around the country. According to the FDA's website, the recalled products have a "best if used by" date between October 11 and October 20, 2017; and were sold at Target, Walmart and Trader Joe's.
The Archer Farms products were all sold at Target and include:
- Broccoli Slaw
- Broccoli Florets
- Broccoli Cauliflower Florets
- Broccoli Medley
- Brussels Sprouts
- Shaved Brussels Sprouts
- Cauliflower Florets
Veggies sold at Walmart that are on the recall list include:
- Broccoli Cauliflower Florets
- Broccoli Florets
- Broccoli Slaw
- Stir Fry Medley
- Cauliflower Florets
- Cauliflower
- Super Blend
- Vegetable Medley
Kohlrabi Salad Blend sold at Trader Joe's is the only one being recalled.
