West Michigan’s Rooftop Bars
Before the sun turns to gloom and the warmth turns to cold - make the most out of what's left of summer. And while there is plenty to do and take advantage of in West Michigan, something we don't have much of is rooftop bars.
Yea, patio dining is cool but hanging out and drinking on the roof is even cooler! So if you live, or plan on visiting, any of these West Michigan areas this summer check out these restaurants/bar where you can wine, dine and socialize all on the roof!

Waters View at Homewood Suites
Grand RapidsThe only rooftop bar in Grand Rapids, Waters View is in the Homewood Suites by Hilton.
It gives you an incredible view overlooking downtown with different areas to lounge, eat and drink. You can sit a comfy couch (great if you've got a big group), grab a seat at one of the tables or sit right at the bar! Either way, you get to see the Grand Rapids skyline from the roof!
It's especially pretty at night when they have the cafe lights on above you.

Blu Moon Bistro
LudingtonIf you ever visit Ludington, Blu Moon is a must and not just for their rooftop. They have food, sushi and cocktails and you get an elegant feel inside the restaurant which is perfect for a date night. But head upstairs for some rooftop fun where you can eat, drink and listen to live music when they have a band playing.
It's the perfect summer spot to grab a quick bite or drink before you head to the beach or after spending all day at the beach and you're looking to wind down the rest of the evening.
