One of my favorite people to follow on TikTok is Jessica Secrest who goes by applesauceandadhd.

If you've never seen her videos before, get ready to laugh and drool.

In her cooking videos she has a hilariously aggressive attitude and is very matter of fact.

As someone who worries about everything being perfect, her approach is welcomed and makes me realize it's gonna be just fine and quit worrying about messing up my meal and to work with what I have around the house.

Inside Jessica Secrest's New Cookbook

She's now taken these meals and put them into a cookbook.

Jessica shared that she's been working on this cookbook for the past year and that it includes over 60 recipes.

I hope this is just the start for Jessica.
