Connie has been struggling to get a full night's sleep lately. Her alarm clock is supposed to go off around 3:30 am, but recently she has been waking up as early as midnight. What the heck!? What's keeping you awake at night?

My wife and I are separating and I am moving out this weekend. I don't want to go, so I find it hard to sleep knowing she won't be next to me anymore.

My 6-month-old keeps me up at night. He only wakes up once but that once usually leads to him in my bed then sometimes my 3-year-olds tried to sneak in my bed in the middle of the night. Somehow hubby can sleep through it all...or here's faking.... haven't figured it out yet haha

My husband used to keep me up at night with his sleep apnea he would stop breathing for six seconds at a time. When he got his sleep study it showed his blood ox was in the 60's!!!!! I'd lay awake and shake him when he had stopped breathing to long.
