Grand Rapids Needs These Popular Restaurants And Businesses in 2023
I grew up in Howell and moved to Grand Rapids when I was 21 and got my first full-time radio gig.
When I arrived I was blown away by how much there was to do in a city the size of Grand Rapids compared to my small hometown.
Working in radio gave me the opportunity to travel to different cities in Michigan, Indiana, and most recently during the pandemic Texas.
Now that I'm back home in the Mitten state I've realized I love it here the most but, there are still some things I feel Grand Rapids is Missing when it comes to food and entertainment.

Buc-ee's
At the start of the pandemic, I lost my job in Indianapolis, Indiana, and got a job in San Antonio, Texas.
During my road trip to my new home, I drove past a place called Buc-ee's and my life was changed forever!
Buc-ee's has a majority of its locations in Texas but has expanded to other states including Alabama, Georiga, Kentucky, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennesee.
Check out this great piece CBS Sunday morning did on Buc-ee's.
