If You Had To Be Stuck At One Age Forever What Age Would It Be And Why? – #TQOTD
We are looking to find the perfect age in your life. If you had to live out the rest of your days at just a single point in time in your life, what age would that be?
TEXT QUESTION OF THE DAY:
If you had to be stuck at 1 age forever what age would it be and why?
- 12. It was so much easier being a kid and my dad would still be here.
- 35... I was in great shape lots of energy...and b4 my brother got sick...
- 5. But I would want my husband around as my buddy. Life was good, I had lots of friends, invited to things, and did not have to adult
- 24, because then my dad and my best friend would still be alive. They both died before I turned 25
- 32-was a great year (a lot of wildness happening). Old enough to know how to get ahead, but young enough to have a good time!
- 36. I was a stay at home mom, I just had our 3rd child and I loved it all! My mom was alive then, she would come over and hang out with us all....it was such a good time in my life. I miss her so much and I miss the youth of my children.
- 59 when I met the most wonderful man.
- 29 I could legally drink, smoke (if I wanted too), gamble, rent a car, car insurance was finally a decent price. I could buy a car/ house easily. Life was finally all together.
- Definitely 13 was loving life as a kid singing all my favorite songs, making up dances, my parents taking us on some memorable vacations! ❤❤ No money worries, being a mom worries, or general adult stress worries.
- 29- 1 month after turning 30 I lost my dear friend and the following month my best friend- my brother. I had all of my children and my husband. My career had already started, I was on such a high. 30 has been heartbreaking
- Right now, 40. I am finally at a place of healing past trauma, making wiser choices and in a great spot with family. ❤️❤️❤️
- 52, which is right now. Kids are out of the house and enjoying grandkids!
- Right now. My age right now. My life has never been this incredible. Most yesterday before now were very dark not ok times. Finally found way out of that deep hole. Finally found hope that things are going to be ok.
- 17 old enough to do stuff and drive but not have the responsibility of an adult
- 23, my life seemed perfect and I just had my son. It doesn't get better
- 20, no kids, a decent job, only had to worry about myself and the bills I needed to pay. I was in college and studying what I liked. I love my kids and husband and have learned from the mistakes made in the past though.
- 40 I was married had both my girls and felt a lot better it was a great time. I still love my life but I hurt less when I was younger
- Now, 32. Finally adulting well
- 30. Married 11 years. Two babies. Was happy. Had a great job
- So many ages to choose...I LOVE my siblings in law, my bf, my current cat, etc. but when I just turned 7 I hadn’t lost any person in my life, I was years away from being diagnosed with depression and many other things, didn’t have debt, I had lots of friends...it was a happy time. Then again I wouldn’t want to stay 7. I guess I would want to revisit 7 whenever I wanted but my current age works.
- 16 - I was happier then
- 18. Adult, the tatas are perfect. I can smoke cigs and someone will offer to buy the alcohol. Not many responsibilities. Living life grand.
- 43, seems that I was at my prime then.
- 45..kids raised and on their own, house paid for... retirement in sight
- Either 23 when I got married, or 27 when I became a mom. PROBABLY 27.
- 16 I was independent enough but still had everything paid for. I also had a tighter hinny back then.
- 25 it was a pretty good year
- Probably 21...I was playing softball for Hope College on a great team having so much FUN!!!
- 8, you are independent enough to do some stuff on your own but still have a lot done for you at the same time.
- 30, old enough to have messed some stuff up, smart enough to not do it again. Old enough to long for teenage youth, young enough to still pretend you can do it without getting too hurt! Plus I had a few less gray hairs then but whatev!
- 26 life was good and easy
- 28... enough experience, yet a lot of youth left. :)
- 40.....finally quit worrying what people think and the aches and pains haven't started yet!!!
- 21. In college and not having to fully adult
- 30, not as tired on a daily basis and I people would take more seriously
- 4, no school, play all day, naps when you feel like it and no worries.
- 17 life was easy
- 29 bc id still have my dad around
- 28. Old enough to quit giving a crap but still able to do stuff I wanna do.
- 30, cause I’m old enough to have learned a lot, made enough dumb mistakes that I won’t make them again, and still young enough that I can still have fun without my dang body hurting afterward.
- I would want to be 15 years old. 1. It would still be the 80s 2. I would be dating my first true love. 3. My mom would still be alive. It was a good time to be alive!!!
- 18 cause I had a boatload of freedom and very little responsibility.
- Tqotd: I'm going stay 40, my current age. I love 40. We're financially stable, our marriage is strong, we have awesome friends, our son is 18, I love my job, and I'm in the best shape of my life...and I get the face from people when they ask how old I am!!!
- TQOTD. 30.. The age I had my last child.. Still young, Wise and legal drinking again
- If I could I'd stay at 32 I like this age. I have a good job making good money. An I have everything that I need. In my twenties i wanted everything, but now I realize that I only need the essentials to be happy in life. An I love the age my kids are right now, old enough to do things and make memories!!
- I would want to be stuck at 25. Old enough for everything, but not too old to enjoy it.
- My husband said now (46), even though he just walked off un a huff. I think 19 was great. Freshman at college, great friends, I could eat whatever I wanted, and I had very few bills.
- I would want to be 4 years old. Preschool, nap time, meals cooked for you, no bills and having fun all day long!
- It would be great to be 42 - I was in my prime. Wink wink
- I would stay 26. Just had my first baby. Nothing better
- 35 I was in the best shape of my life the happiest I've ever been and life was so good. It was just before my five-year-old son died life will never be the same
- 14. Not a care in the world, I was at my happiest. I'm a product of free range parenting so I could do almost anything I wanted. But most importantly, I miss the innocence.
- 33. I graduated from residency. Took my mom in a trip to Alaska, it was the last state she hadn't visited before and met the man of my dreams and married him a year later.
- 33 is when I learned to live my life for me and not worry about what others think. I had the most fun and was in the best shape of my life. I’ve been 33 for the past 5 years
- I would stay 25, which is my age right now. Get to travel as much as I want to, own a house with my husband, two dogs and no kids!!! From Liz in GR
- 22. I finally had my big girl paycheck fresh out of college. It's also the year I met my husband
- I would stay 30 for two reasons. #1 On my 30th birthday I woke up and my paradigms about life changed for the better. #2 The spread of dateable women is at its peak
- #tqotd I am currently 32 I would go back to 22. I was 22 making 70k a year and having the time of my life with friends, my then girlfriend now wife and no worries in the world.
- To be 17 again! No bills. Job at the coolest pizza place. Coolest car mustang. Captain of football team and Rhonda high school girlfriend that was the best at everything!!!! #more hair #no joint pain #more sex lol
- 23. Just enough feedom, kinda got your sh*t together, can hold your liquor, and pre-real time adulting. Awe man. Now I want a time machine.
- 18 before the baby weight when my boyfriend and I had a lot more date time and a huge group of great friends.. Now 21 with a 7 month old stay at home mom.. I love my son and have no regrets but mommin can be hard and i miss the freedom sometimes
- 16 and do more dumb stuff. I was always such a good kid and followed all the rules. As I get older I realize more and more that most adults don't know what they're talking about and "rules" are mostly arbitrary bull snot. There's too much time to make up for dumb stuff you did as a kid to not take advantage of it.
- 6 months.the obvious boobies lol
