Multiple Area Schools Releasing Students Early Due to Inclement Conditions

Due to the weather, road conditions, and continued snowy forecast, several West Michigan schools are releasing students early today (Monday, November 11, 2019.

• Ionia High School, Middle School, Welch High School and Rather Elementary will be dismissed at noon.
• Ionia's Jefferson, Emerson and Twin Rivers Elementary schools will release at 1 p.m.
• Hastings Area Schools will dismiss students at 2 p.m. All evening events have been cancelled.
• Belding middle and high schools will be released 15 minutes early.
• Gull Lake Community Schools will dismiss the high school at 1:30 p.m. and the middle school at 1:40 p.m. All evening events have been cancelled.
• Barry County Christian school is closing at 1:45 P.M. All evening events have been cancelled.
