Kelly Clarkson Covers the White Stripes and It’s Awesome [VIDEO]

I knew Kelly could sing, but dang!

The OG American Idol recently covered the White Stripes on her daytime talk show.

Now, I've never watched it, so I did not know about "Kellyoke", but apparently she opens each episode with a cover of well-known song, spanning different genres. In this segment she belts out the early 2000's alt-rock jam "Seven Nation Army" with help from the University of Southern California Trojan Marching Band -- and I. Love. It!

Vulture says that a lot of the songs featured on Kellyoke are requests from the audience. So, nice work to whoever wanted to hear this one-- Kelly crushes it!
