Listener Needs Help Planning A Quarantine Birthday

We need your help in planning a birthday party for a listener who is stuck in quarantine with her live in boyfriend.  It's his birthday tomorrow and she wants to know what she should do for it since she can't get him the gift she wanted.

"Rando texto: it is my long time, live in boyfriend birthday tomorrow. I plan on getting him a new chain for his necklace that is a memorial to his dad, but the jewelry stores are not essential. Normally I would take him out to eat, but obviously that can't happen. What the heck do I do for his birth"
