Two Michigan State Troopers recently had an interesting encounter that most wouldn't believe if it was captured on their body cams.

The police body cam starts out with the troopers arriving at the house where a deer is trapped between the fence posts.
To try to calm the scared deer, the trooper put a jacket over its head.
They then take a tire jack from the back of the vehicle and turned it sideways with the goal of pushing the metal posts apart so the deer could get out.
If you look closely at the bottom left, you can seem after just a few pumps, the fence posts began to bend to free the trapped deer.
After the troopers helped pry the fence posts apart, one of them jumped over the fence to help pull the deer through while the other one gently pushed it from behind.
Once the deer was all the way through the coat was taken off of it's head.
The deer immediately realized it was no longer stuck and made a mad dash to freedom.
These troopers did an incredible job and I'm so happy that it was caught on video for everyone to see.
