Muskegon Firefighters Rescue Deer Struggling in Backyard Pool [Watch]
The Muskegon Fire Department successfully saved a deer that had fallen into an inground pool on Tuesday evening.
The incident occurred at a residence on Blodgett Street, where the deer was found struggling to escape the water.

Firefighters received the call around 5PM and quickly arrived at the scene.
Upon assessing the situation, they devised a plan to safely extract the distressed animal.
The firefighters put on their cold water rescue gear and hopped into the pool.
After several tense moments, the firefighters were able to secure the deer and guide it out of the pool.
Once free, the deer took a moment to regain its composure before running away into the nearby woods.
Neighbors said they saw the deer resting in the woods about 30 minutes later.
