Need A Laugh? Then Watch This Reporter Couldn’t Stop During a Live Report [Video]

Chris Brown a reporter in Wilmington, North Carolina caught the laughing bug and could not stop laughing during a live report on proposed fishing restrictions recently-- not a report you should be laughing through--.

We are not sure what was soo funny but apparently someone said something funny right before they went on the air, because before the segment, one of the anchors apologized and said they all had the, quote, "tickle bug".
