Where Is Julia Gorman Going?
It's always tough to see someone you admire leave, but it’s heartwarming to know they are pursuing something they love, surrounded by friends and family.
Gorman expressed her excitement for this new chapter when she shared the news of her departure, stating:
"Jacob and I are moving back to the Northeast, and I am joining the talented team at WTNH News 8 in New Haven, CT, as their brand-new streaming anchor! To be able to continue pursuing my passion in my home state—while spending much more time close to family—is beyond words for me. After eight years in NY, OK, and MI, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better opportunity."
You still have a few chances to see Gorman on your TV before she signs off for good.
Her last Evening+ newscast will be next Friday, February 27.
