A couple of weeks ago, I came across a post from the Ionia County Animal Shelter where they were asking for help finding a home for Buddy and Prince, the Lab and Beagle mix best friends.  Their owner died suddenly around Christmas and the two dogs needed a new home and hopefully together since the younger dog, the beagle mix, has always been around his best friend. Buddy the lab is 11-years-old and Prince is a 6-year-old Beagle mix.

Well, the two have now been moved to the Humane Society of West Michigan in hopes that maybe they can find this dynamic duo a home. I really wish I could have dogs because I'd take these two in a heartbeat.  The post from the Humane Society of West Michigan says,

Both are in good health, very friendly, and an absolute joy to be around.

We know our amazing community can find a home for this dynamic duo! Please share Buddy and Prince's story. Interested adopters can contact adoptions@hswestmi.org or stop by to visit! THANK YOU!

I'm really hoping by sharing this post (like I did the last post) that we can find the right home for Buddy and Prince.  When they were still at the Ionia County Animal Shelter, the staff had said in a Facebook post that the dogs were becoming depressed because they needed a new home and some constant love after not being able to understand why their previous owner wasn't coming back to get them.

Like the post says, PLEASE share!! Let's get these boys in a loving forever home! If you're interested in adopting the two dogs, you can email adoptions@hswestmi.org or even just go by and fall in love in person.
