In Grand Rapids, you've got the iconic staple that is Yesterdog.

So many famous people have visited over the years including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Aidan Hutchinson, and Betty White just to name a few.

Then one of my favorite places to grab a dog is in Grand Haven at Pronto Pup.

Anytime I'm there with some cash in my pocket I'm going to grab at least two if not four Pronto Pups with ketchup and mustard.

And the other popular place where West Michigan likes to get its fill of hotdogs is in Rockford at the Corner Bar.

Rockford Corner Bar Hot Dog Wall of Fame

While Yesterdog and Pronto Pups have great dogs that everyone loves, there is one thing they don't have and that's a Hot Dog Wall of Fame!

Since 1965, The Rockford Corner Bar has given customers the chance to make it onto the Hot Dog Wall of Fame if you're able to put down a dozen chili dogs in four hours.

Recently several people were able to add their name to the list.

While looking into this I discovered that the record for most chili dogs eaten in this four hour challenge was set by a competitive eater Molly Schuler.

She was able to put down 50 coney dogs!

I don't think I can do that many, but it would be fun to take on the challenge and see if I can get my name up on the Hot Dog Wall of Fame.
